By accessing and using SHREDNEWZ, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please cease all use of the platform immediately.

All original SHREDNEWZ content, analysis, and product materials remain the intellectual property of SHREDNEWZ unless otherwise noted. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or bulk scraping of protected site content is prohibited.

3. CONTENT DISCLAIMER

SHREDNEWZ provides reporting, analysis, and product-generated signals for informational purposes. We aim for accuracy, but stories, forecasts, and summaries can change as new evidence appears. 4. IMAGES AND THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

SHREDNEWZ displays images from the following sources under their respective licenses:

- RSS feed images and source article images (og:image, twitter:image) are displayed as received from the original publisher. SHREDNEWZ does not host or store these images; they are linked directly from the source. All trademarks and copyrighted images remain the property of their respective owners. SHREDNEWZ claims no ownership of third-party images displayed via direct linking.

- Stock photography is sourced from Unsplash via picsum.photos under the Unsplash License, which permits free commercial use without attribution.

- AI-generated images, when used, are generated using free-tier APIs and are not subject to third-party copyright claims.

If you are a copyright holder and believe an image has been used improperly, please contact us for prompt removal under our DMCA policy below.

5. FAIR USE NOTICE

SHREDNEWZ aggregates, analyzes, and transforms news content from various sources for purposes of commentary, criticism, reporting, and research. 7. COOKIES, ADS & ADVERTISING PARTNERS

SHREDNEWZ uses essential cookies for account sessions and consent, and displays ads served by Google AdSense to free readers. 8. SOURCE ATTRIBUTION

SHREDNEWZ attributes all news content to its original source. Each article displays the source outlet name and a link to the original article. Article summaries are prefixed with "RT by [Source Outlet]:" to indicate the origin of the intelligence. SHREDNEWZ does not claim to be the original publisher of aggregated news content.

9. USER CONDUCT

Users are expected to engage with the platform lawfully and without abusing other people or the service. Harassment, defamation, fraud, or attempts to disrupt the platform or its systems may lead to suspension or termination of access.

10. ACCOUNTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Premium accounts are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with notice. Free accounts have access to standard features with optional non-personalized ads.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. All content is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as legal, medical, financial, or investment advice.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHREDNEWZ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

13. GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS

SHREDNEWZ is a United States-based service intended for users located in the United States and other jurisdictions with compatible legal frameworks. The Service is not available in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, South Africa, Russia, or China. If you access the Service from one of these regions, you do so at your own risk and acknowledge that the Service is not directed at you. We do not process personal data under GDPR, UK GDPR, PIPEDA, or similar frameworks.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate US courts.
